At The Calm Qi, we offer Free Shipping on every order. Every day, we dispatch hundreds of orders to satisfied customers across UK. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally based, shipping and handling times can vary, and we are unable to promise next-day delivery on all orders.

Processing Time
Once we receive your payment, we immediately begin processing your order. This involves order verification, tailoring (if applicable), a thorough quality check, and packaging. This stage typically takes an additional 1-3 days.

Shipping Time
After processing, your order will be shipped from one of our supplier warehouses. The typical shipping time is 7-10 days and up to 14 days during a busy season. Please note that actual shipping times may vary depending on the destination, local customs regulations, and the carrier used.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to easily track your order directly from our website at any time through our dedicated tracking page. While most of our shipping partners offer tracking services, please note that in some cases, we may not be able to guarantee tracking availability.
